Are Sparkle by AM pieces handmade?

Yes! Every Sparkle by AM phone chain, charm, and accessory is handmade in small batches. Because each piece is created by hand, slight variations may happen, which makes every item feel special and unique. Sparkle by AM is a small handmade boutique. Every order is packed with care and attention to detail.

Are your products one of a kind?

Many of our pieces are limited quantity or one of a kind. Once a style sells out, it may not return in the exact same design. If you see one you love, we recommend grabbing it before it’s gone.

What materials do you use?

Our pieces may include a mix of glass beads, resin beads, acrylic charms, metal accents, faux pearls, crystals, and other decorative details. Materials may vary by design and will be listed in each product description when needed.

What can I attach my phone chain or charm to?

Most Sparkle by AM phone chains and charms can be attached to phone cases with a charm loop, phone tab, wristlet tab, keyring, purse zipper, bag hardware, or other secure attachment points.

Do I need a special phone case?

You do not always need a special case, but your case does need a secure place to attach the chain or charm. Many customers use a phone case with a built-in charm hole or a hole at the bottom for charging.

Are the phone chains meant to hold the full weight of my phone?

Our phone chains are designed as decorative accessories and light wristlet-style accents. They should not be used to swing, pull, or carry your phone in a way that puts heavy stress on the beads or connectors.

Will sold out styles return?

Many Sparkle by AM pieces are made in small batches or limited quantities. While some designs may return, we cannot guarantee restocks. If you see a piece you love, we recommend purchasing before it sells out.

Can I use my phone chain on a purse or keys?

Yes! Many of our pieces can also be styled on purses, bags, keys, backpacks, or zipper pulls. Just make sure the attachment point is secure.

How do I care for my Sparkle by AM piece?

To keep your piece looking beautiful, avoid pulling, twisting, dropping, or exposing it to water, perfume, lotions, or harsh chemicals. Store it in a dry place when not in use.

Can my phone chain get wet?

We do not recommend getting your phone chain or charm wet. Water may weaken materials over time or affect certain beads, metals, or charms.

Are the beads secure?

Each piece is carefully handmade and checked before shipping. However, handmade accessories should still be handled gently to help them last as long as possible.

Shipping & Processing

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Since items are handmade and packed with care, processing time may vary slightly during busy launches or product drops.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Do you offer local pickup?

At this time, Sparkle by AM is primarily an online boutique. If local pickup becomes available, it will be announced on the website or social media.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Because our items are handmade accessories, returns may be limited. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and do our best to make it right.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
