Because our items are handcrafted accessories, we encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Return Eligibility
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not currently accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Buyer preference
• Incorrect ordering decisions
Please review all product details before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
Once reviewed, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, or refund.
Exchanges
Because many Sparkle by AM designs are made in limited quantities or one-of-a-kind styles, exchanges are not guaranteed.
If an exchange is possible, we will work with you to find the best solution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
Lost Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
Customers should first contact the carrier regarding missing packages.
If further assistance is needed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Limited Quantity Products
Many Sparkle by AM pieces are created in small batches or limited quantities.
As a result, replacement items may not always be available if a style sells out.
If a replacement cannot be provided, we will discuss alternative solutions with you.
